Super friendly staff, even when I had to change my booking. Car was ready and waiting, prices seemed fair for peak rental times. Definitely happy.

Imagine you’ve been effectively abandoned by your campervan hirer after a breakdown in Hamelin Bay, and you’ve somehow made your own way back to Busselton. Along the way you make a call to Avis and arrange a pickup at Avis Busselton. You walk in and the staff make you feel relaxed, sort you out quickly, and offer helpful tips on how you might continue your journey. All with a smile and a supportive, relaxed attitude. I can’t remember the staff’s names, but Avis if you are reading reviews, we were there at Tuesday 11-November 2025, 1pm.
