All the staff from the Doctors, Nurses and Porters ( hope I haven’t left anyone out) are absolutely fantastic. The service, kindness and caring and knowledge is absolutely outstanding. Thank you all for all you have done for my Mum it is really appreciated.

From the moment I arrived, I felt reassured and cared for. The entire maternity team was professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs during and after my C-section. The surgery was explained clearly, and I felt confident in the skill of the medical staff.
Post-surgery care was exceptional — the nurses regularly checked on my comfort, pain levels, and recovery progress. They were patient and understanding, always ready to help me with breastfeeding, newborn care, and mobility after surgery. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with kindness and expertise.
The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my recovery much easier. Most importantly, I felt truly supported both physically and emotionally during such a significant time in my life.
I am so grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend this maternity unit to anyone preparing for birth, especially a C-section.

Every doctor, nurse, pathologist, radiologist, wards person and security I’ve seen at Busselton Health Campus is extremely professional. As someone in the medical field, I find their dedication and compassion truly inspiring. Witnessing their kindness, willingness to go above and beyond, and genuine care for patients motivates me to be a better healthcare professional. I’m so happy there are genuine people like this at the hospital.
