A fantastic experience which is highly recommended when visiting Margaret River.
Rosie the staff was attentive, welcoming n went though what to expect is detail.
The centre itself was clean and beautiful with modern decoration and facilities.
The sauna, ice bath and plunge pool area was big enough for the shared group to rotate using the facilities with ease.

My experience was like no other thanks to the amazing body work session by Sami. She spent so much time and energy on me not only before the massage but also afterwards. I cannot recommend her enough. I have never had an experience like it and I've been doing different types of therapies for years and years.
It only that the infrared sauna space is divine. Dark lighting, an intimate space and a spacious sauna. Will be back for sure 💕💕

Absolutely incredible! Had a great evening with some friends for my partners birthday. We did the private session for 8 people and got to use all of the downstairs- sauna, ice bath and hot plunge. Amazing staff, good price, all the little details are just perfect including the tea and cleanliness, and great fun especially with a group of friends! Thanks Paige for being so welcoming and making the evening so wonderful! Will definitely be back soon!!

Had a wonderful experience at Mend- the sauna/hot plunge followed by a 90 min massage. Best massage I have ever had- I really felt the care.
The facilities were beautifully presented and the staff welcomed us with smiles and positive vibes. Worth the trip from Melb to experience this. I would thoroughly recommend.
