Idée Fixe

Idée Fixe (pronounced ee‑dey feeks) is a contemporary Margaret River estate devoted exclusively to Méthode Traditionnelle Blanc de Blancs. Located five minutes south of Margaret River town, the estate brings together more than 40 years of traditional‑method expertise within striking architecture and thoughtfully curated grounds.

At the heart of the estate is the Salon, where guests can enjoy two guided tasting experiences and gain rare insight into blanc de blancs winemaking. One of only a handful of estates of its kind in Australia, Idée Fixe offers a focused expression of one of the country’s most compelling terroirs.
