Chef Daniel Lyndon from Bimba Foods and Chef Romain Lassiaille from Maison Lassiaille join forces for a special evening bringing together native Australian ingredients and French patisserie.
Held at Maison Lassiaille in Metricup, on Wadandi Boodja, the collaborative night offers guests a unique taste of two culinary traditions.
