Join head winemaker, Bruce Dukes, and owner, Wendy Stimpson, around the tasting table for an intimate, vertical tasting.

Taste Passel Estate’s single-vineyard Shiraz, alongside the rare and refined Lot 71 Reserve Syrah, which is made only in exceptional vintages from select rows of hand-picked fruit from the same single vineyard.

Bruce will guide you through the evolution of these elegant fine wines, as you taste and compare back vintages from 2016, through 2018 and the current 2020 releases.

Each of their Passel Estate Shiraz and their Passel Estate Lot 71 Reserve Syrah are a beautiful expressions of their 30 year old shiraz vines and the special place that is Passel Estate. They’ve been privileged to receive a number of prestigious awards for both wines, culminating in a Trophy from the International Wine & Spirits Competition for our 2018 Lot 71 Reserve Syrah last year.

Enjoy a delicious platter of charcuterie and handmade farmyard cheese to complement the wines and complete the experience.

There will also be an opportunity on the day to purchase museum and back vintages while stocks last.
