Uncompromising craft beers, boutique gin, and some of Margaret River’s best wine varieties. That’s what the team delivers in their creative playground. Home to Black Brewing Co., Dune Distilling, Ground to Cloud Wines and an in-house restaurant, all delivered by their passionate staff.

Year round, visitors can drop in for a beer, gin or wine tasting, lunch on the deck overlooking the lake or by the fire, family gatherings in the beer garden, or even a game of pool. They host regular exhibitions, music and special events, and are one of the region’s top spots for weddings.

Visitors can drop in for a beer or wine tasting, a delicious lunch by the fire or on the deck in summer, enjoy late afternoon bar snacks, a sampling of gin from Dune Distilling, a few Black Brewing Co beers with mates in the beer garden, family gatherings, a game of pool, or just a cheeky four-pack takeaway!

The restaurant is lead by Chef Hayden Vink with a delicious pared-back menu using great quality local ingredients from the ocean, pasture, garden and pantry. The restaurant has taken home the Australian Good Food Guide Readers' Choice Award in the "tapas" category of 2018.
Kids are welcome and they have their own special menu, a playground and loads of space to run around and be entertained.

Events and weddings: the venue hosts regular events, exhibitions and live music and remains Margaret River’s leading spot for stunning wedding ceremonies and receptions for 80 to 500 guests.

Black Brewing Co: Brewers Shannon Grigg and Adam Brookes are pumping out some terrific brews at the moment including their new seasonal beers. They are a busy duo meeting the increasing demand for the brand’s Lager, IPA, Bao Bao Milk Stout, Fresh Ale, Mid and Pale Ale.

Dune Distilling Co: Dune Distilling’s Signature Gin and Yallingup Pink Gin are walking out the door and available at some of WA’s best bars as well as our online store.

Ground to Cloud wines: Ground to Cloud wines are produced from the property’s vineyards including Margaret River’s best varieties: Chardonnay, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Syrah, and Rose.

Making beer, wine, spirits, food and incredible memories. They hope to see you soon!

Amazing Brewery distilling their own Gin also. Grounds are award winning. So beautiful! Meals are to die for and atmosphere is top notch. The staff know their stuff and are incredibly friendly and professional. Love this place Dianne McNevin
We had a excellent experience here yesterday and felt this place deserves a higher rating than it currently does. The whole complex has been developed with the customer experience in mind. The main draw card is the incredible dam that you look out upon. Sunday specials included free kids meals, $10 pints and a really great live musician. The energy of the place was relaxed, friendly and with a touch of class. The beer is excellent and they have a nice rotation of different styles. The food was really good and well priced against surrounding options. Stand outs where the cauliflower and the Asian salads. This place has something for anyone. There are different spaces throughout which have different feels- inside overlooking the dam is quite elegant and then outside tables near the kids playground are more casual. We will definitely be coming back :) Rosie Hodge
I attended my friends’ wedding here in the summer. The wedding ceremony was held on the small island over the bridge. It was lovely for those in the shade of the trees but very hot for those in the direct sunshine. Cocktails and hor d’oeuvres were on the patio where there was lots of seating and space to move around and mingle. Dinner inside was a bit tight. There was hardly any rooms between the tables. Food was alright but not great. Wynneth
Great place for tasting gin, beer and wine. Taylor was very helpful and inviting to come and enjoy the food and drinks. I especially enjoyed the cool breeze from the lake while tasting the beers and cider. Enjoyed the Chilli Salt fries Vanessa Rodgers
Here you’ll find the freshest craft beers and food from some of the finest micro brewers in the region. All served by friendly staff in a stunning setting. Set in an immaculate modern establishment over looking their own dam and surrounded by vineyards, the good people here at Brewers Collective will certainly look after you. Great indoor tables overlooking the dam as well as many great outdoor table options for large or small groups. You can expect great service from friendly and relaxed staff. Emma, the restaurant manager was very welcoming and made made us feel a part of the family. We also had a chance to meet and chat with Adam, one of the Black Brewing brewers. What a legend. Thanks for chatting with me and our crew about all things beer and brewing related! The consensus from myself and the in-laws (who were visiting from San Diego, the land of micro craft brewing) was that the Fresh Ale and IPA was some of the best we’ve tried in a very long time. We were very thankful for the spontaneous brewery tour that you took us on and your love and passion for your work is very evident. So thanks again to Adam, Emma and especially the ‘Gunslinger’ for hooking us up. Will B
