St Thomas More Catholic Church is a beautiful example of a rammed earth building that has been constructed using local supplies by the Margaret River community. The unique design complements its rural location beautifully, and it is this uniqueness that attracts thousands of visitors each year. Wander through the attractive place of worship admiring the stained glass windows and use of local timber throughout.
Visitors are welcome to attend mass on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings and Thursday and Saturday evenings.
PARISH MISSION
As a member of the Catholic Diocese of Bunbury, the Augusta-Margaret River Parish basic purpose is to continue the ministry of Jesus. Continuing the ministry of Jesus involves: reaching out to others,
witnessing, a call to conversion, and developing community.

Very inspiring architecture based off a 80s theme of construction. Floor to ceiling wooden design. Attending priest very welcoming to newcomers. Nice church to go to for service.

Such an amazing church and structure is very mesmerising.... serene and feel God’s true presence. Church completely built with wood and all its paraphernalia gives a glimpse of Experiencing God within Nature. A warm welcome from Fr Matthew the parish priest too.
