Eagle Bay Olives is a family owned grove of 1200 olive trees at Eagle Bay, in the Margaret River region, aiming to produce the finest quality extra virgin olive oil, condiments and olives.
The extra virgin olive oil is grown, harvested and pressed on the property using organic principles in the fruit production and no toxic chemicals are used in the grove resulting in a high quality of oil.
Producing two styles of oil, each determined by the varieties of olives used, the time of picking and the skill of the blending.
The farmgate shop offers a unique gourmet experience with tasting of all products including olive oil, table olives, tapenades, pestos, dukkahs and seasonal jams. All are produced in small batches in the kitchen and are gluten and preservative free.
To compliment the food products, an exclusive range of handmade olive wood kitchen utensils and boards and hand painted ceramics are available for purchase.
