Margaret River Ultra Marathon (SOLD OUT)
Description
Starting at Hamelin Bay in the south and finishing at the Howard Park at Wilyabrup in the north, the 80km point-to-point course takes runners through huge Karri tree forests, along cliff top trails providing endless coastal views, over huge granite domes and rock slabs, along crisp white sandy beaches and through some of the vineyards that make the region so popular for visitors.
Attracting entrants from across Australia and overseas, the Margaret River Ultra Marathon has become an incredibly popular. Designed as an achievable challenge for all levels, from elites through to trail running newcomers, runners can tackle the course as a solo competitor or in a team of up to 5 people doing one (or more) legs or the race, which varying between 10km and 20km.
