Great location right on the Bay, half way between Busselton and Dunsborough. Friendly service. Adequate room - nothing fancy. Comfy bed. Great to have the spa bath. It would be helpful to have a small microwave and toaster. It would also be helpful to have a path to the door instead of walking over grass and dirt. It was very peaceful and quiet.

We loved our stay at Bayview Villas! The villa was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and really well kept plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The staff were so lovely making check-in and our whole stay really easy. The location’s great, nice and quiet but still close to the beach & town. It’s an easy drive to explore the Margaret River region. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Neat, tidy and convenient! Everything we needed for a good weekend was available. It would be nice if pool towels were available in room or at pool. Rooms were very nice but had signs of wear and tear like scratched floors. Overall nice stay

While it's not exactly a 5 star place the rooms are massive and spotless, the grounds are expansive with some rabbits, birds, etc. The pool could use a refresh but it's warm enough, large and very tidy. Our stay was also quite cheap and access to the beach and beach path that runs to town are a big plus. I should note that this place does open up to camping for big events like Easter and schoolies - we left with an hour to spare and the managers had sorted extra staff for the event and appeared very well organised. Thinking of doing a family Christmas down there with a few rooms.
