Even considering it was a high demand period and we made booking about 7weeks in advance, the price we paid was almost like paying for 4.5 stars hotel for a 3 star hotel.
Our studio unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities but lacked room service or even an offer to restock room amenities or new towels during our 4 night stay.
It is a good resort for family with young ones as there is good facilities to keep the little ones entertained and had easy access to the beach.
The unit walls were quite thin though so could hear our neighbours and noise, so not the best for a quiet relaxing couples retreat.
In our experience, there was no flexibility with check-in or check-out requests.

Great location right on beach surrounded by peppy trees. Loved the individual villas. Very basic amenities in the room but the location made up for it. Off peak booking was a wise choice.
Don't come here for service. You are basically on your own. Had to go into town for meals as only two basic restaurants in walking distance at neighbouring resorts.
The free range.ducks and rabbits were a bonus.
There are a range of activities which are all extra charges.

The resort has a beautiful garden like campus, at late evening or early morning you can spot some rabbits and ducklings, which a very cute, and it has a small but warm indoor pool, plus a couple of beach volleyball courts, the rear door directly leads to the bay track and beach.
But in our room was a bit disappointing, wifi could not be connected, and 4G reception was poor, their website says our room (studio villa) has a kitchenette to prepare a simple dinner, but it turned out to be just a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The floor plan of the room felt a bit weird has well.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Big, clean and comfortable villas. Lovely grounds with plenty of room for children to play. Mini golf, tennis courts, a big indoor swimming pool and right on the beach.
