Visiting from Hervey Bay and wanting to maximise our experience in this beautiful area. We regularly visit tourist information centres during our travels and we have to give Michelle top marks for her helpful advice and suggestions about venues suitable to our itinerary. The actual office was the best appointed that we have experienced. Well done!

Rhiannon at this tourist centre gave us the most amazing and comprehensive list of information of the area and beyond. Rhiannon was an absolute delight to deal with , knowledgeable and enthusiastic about providing us with a fantastic 4 day itinerary. 10/10 gold star ⭐️ Such an asset to this organisation. Megan is the best counselling we've ever had in Australia! Super knowledgable! She gave us tips and insider knowledge, rather than just what you can read in the tourist brochures - many activities and food/drinks (not just things to look at). Thank you Megan, you're making our last two weeks an adventure!✌🏼

Kudos to Chantel for helping me organize my successful day of experiencing the region. With a map in front of us, she highlighted where I could find the best chocolate, visit Surfers Point, a top surfing destination in the world, where competition wind surfing was happening, Lake Cave and suggesting Olio Bello for lunch (olive grower as well). Final tip she had - try Mai Tardi, the new gelato shop in town, if I liked gelato. Chantel was 100% on the day! Thanks for a day of fabulous memories!
