A big thank you to Kelly, so helpful and gave us some great local knowledge. Yesterday we called in to the visitors centre and we were promptly and delightfully greeted by Kelly, she quickly got to work highlighting all the best spots to visit and even tailored it to suit our needs. We had a fabulous day exploring and Canal Rocks was the highlight

We had a really great experience at the Tourist Information Centre in Banbury, thanks to Natalia and Liz. We were quite stressed because we needed to find a last campsite on short notice, and it didn’t look easy. Natalia and Liz took almost an hour to help us, calling different places and really trying everything until they found a solution for us. Thank you both so much – we really appreciate your help!

Helen was an amazing information guide! So helpful, she had so many awesome recommendations that we pursue throughout this trip! I would definitely go to this information Centre to get a second opinion on the activities that you’re going to do!

Great help. On a holiday for winery visits. Had great maps of area and a "cheat sheet" of wineries in region and their individual products. Saved so much time as only wanted sweet wines. Just had to try breweries and distilleries on map as well.
