Bruno aka DJ B.Groovy has been collecting rare and unique tracks from all continents, with the very best music played by musicians.

There is no ‘junk music’, as he describes it in B.GROOVY’s sets.

With a selection of Disco / Funk / Rock / Ska / Afrobeat / Reggae / Salsa and World music tunes, the groove is the core of each track and will make you shake everything you’ve got ! Music lovers and dance enthusiasts can enjoy an energetic mix of funk and Groove

Bruno was born in Paris and has been influenced by cultural diversity in music and performing art. He is also a musician, a songwriter, a physical actor and a circus artist. He worked in the music & performing arts industry for about 30 years, was co-creator of Cie.Anomalie in 1995, touring modern circus shows worldwide and worked with various artistic directors in France and Europe. He is a qualified sound engineer (SAE Institute graduate), with 16 years of experience in live music and festivals in Perth and Fremantle area. He was the MC and creator of ‘Super-Groove Party’ for Fringe World Festival, Perth 2015. He has been a DJ in Fremantle and Perth suburbs for various events and weddings and performing with his band SOL-R, between 2009 and 2018.

Bruno has been based in Margaret River for four years, is a sound engineer at the Settlers Tavern, worked at Margaret River Heart for 2 years and performs with his 5 pieces band, I.Groove.
