Eagle Bay Brewing Co | La Cabana

South Fremantle favourite La Cabaña travels south for a one-night-only collaboration with Eagle Bay Brewing Co, for Pair’d – celebrating two much-loved Western Australian venues shaped by life on the coast.

La Cabaña founder and chef Ben Fossilo and Head Chef Constanza Jimenez will head down South just for this event, joining Eagle Bay Brewing Co Head Chef Hayden Vink to create a vibrant feast combining Mexican flavours with exceptional Western Australian produce. Each dish will feature pairing suggestions with drinks crafted in the Margaret River Region, including small-batch wines from Luda Mala, known for sourcing outstanding fruit to produce playful, approachable wines made for sharing.

The evening begins at sundown, overlooking Cape Naturaliste, with roaming bites and considered drink pairings. As night falls, guests will settle in for more substantial dishes showcasing La Cabaña’s bold cooking and the best of the West.

Throughout the evening, members of the La Cabaña team will be joined behind the bar by an Eagle Bay brewer and Luda Mala winemaker, giving guests the opportunity to hear more about the people, places and craft behind each pairing.
