Description
The Festival of Busselton is synonymous with summer time, with events and activities staged across the city throughout January each year.
This great family-focused festival has been running for more than 50 years providing locals and visitors with a fantastic program of events and activities to add value to a perfect holiday experience, in the Margaret River Region.
The 2023 festival kicks off with a New Years Eve Celebration, and on the Busselton Foreshore there was Carnival Rides, Free outdoor cinema in Busselton and Dunsborough Busselton’s Biggest Water Fight, and the south west’s biggest sandcastle competition. Plus there was the annual favourites: the Pirate Dress-up day, a Dogs Day out, and the Duck Drop (raising funds for the Busselton Surf Lifesaving Club), as well as the Log Chop , the iconic Petticoat Lane Twilight Markets, and everyone’s favourite the main event concert and fireworks!
