From first contact with Becky, prior to our arrival to our final good-bye also with Bekky our stay was enjoyable and memorable. The Manor has a lovely ambiance and homely/welcoming feel about it. The service was attentive, but unobtrusive. The gardens are beautiful and extremely well maintained. The little extras provided were a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. We celebrated my partner's birthday with a special 2 night stay. As Margaret River locals, we thought it might be fun to enjoy a mini stay-cation. What a treat! The staff are delightful, the room elegant and spotless and the tennis court, perfectly manicured grounds, sparkling pool and BBQ by the lake were just idyllic. And the breakfast! Divine. Will definitely visit this Sanctuary again. Just perfect to recharge, relax and reconnect. Thank you team Basildene Manor!

Wow. This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment you make it through the huge sandstone gates, to the gardens and to the room. Everything is thought out. The staff are superb. The food in the conservatory is outstanding. Everything you want in a hotel and so much more. We only wish we had stayed longer!

Great experience, polite and knowing staff. Varied room choices. Just outside city limits of Margaret River which has most facilities as per larger towns. Good wine area with ocean nearby. Basildene is a refitted manor house of older times with superior accommodation to offer a range of prices for our needs and wants. Never come away disappointed.
