Situated in the heart of Busselton, only 700m to the town centre, beach and walking distance to the famous Busselton Jetty. Busselton Holiday Village offers a luxury guesthouse, chalets, onsite caravans and grassed powered sites. A great family village with free gas BBQs, free WiFi children's playground, swimming pool (summer only) and coin-operated laundry.
Busselton Holiday Village is open all year-round and offers a broad range of accommodation, from grassed tent/caravan sites to modern self-contained chalets and a very well-appointed guesthouse. Also on offer is a Dunsborough townhouse, close to the town centre and beach.

The place is fine, what you would expect from a basic caravan park and close enough to town you can get everywhere on foot. Really nice communication from the owners regarding check in. Lots of permanent residents surrounding the camp spots making it feel fairly exposed. Plenty of comments about cold showers - absolutely not a problem during our stay! Nice and hot showers. I’m aware the owners were away during our stay so this might not be a normal occurrence but the camp kitchen was really dirty with the sink, floors and tables looking like they hadn’t been cleaned it a long time which was disappointing. Sadly probably worth spending more to stay at a different camp ground.

Specially going on the page to review 5 star for the owner Rob. He is a gem person. We were on road trip with 3 month old puppy and all the hotels and parks in town were packed. It was late evening and We were running out of options on where to stay. We rang Busselton Holiday Village and got Rob, who was very friendly and welcoming. There was a last minute cancellation and we got a chalet. Chalet had all the facilities including microwave, fridge and cutleries. Thanks Rob again for answering our call after hours.
