The centrally located Busselton Motel offers comfortable and competitively priced accommodation within walking distance to the iconic Busselton Jetty and with easy access to the rest of the beautiful Margaret River Region. A great place for a short stay, whether it’s for business or whilst on holiday. A place to experience the sporting and cultural events that give Busselton its name of ‘Events Capital of WA’. A place that is central to it all. The motel is clean and affordable with a wide range of features will ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant home away from home.

With a philosophy focused on cleanliness and friendly service, the team at Busselton Motel understands people need a place to stay that offers a great experience. Their variety of room types means there’s always something to suit any budget or traveller. Each of the well-appointed rooms offers air-conditioning and heating, comfortable bedding, flat-screen TV, free wifi, kettle, toaster and small fridge, as well as ample free onsite parking, a shaded lawn area with picnic benches, and a free gas BBQ for use. 
The onsite guest laundry is low cost to use and includes ironing facilities, a clothesline and a free to use dryer. Linen is provided and rooms are lightly serviced daily. 
Busselton Motel proudly offer inclusive of all room rates complimentary continental breakfast buffet daily in our breakfast room between 7:00am and 9:00am 7 days a week.

I’m very happy with my stay this time. The location was convenient, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, especially the pancakes, which were freshly made by the machine and tasted delicious! 😋 The staff were also very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Busselton Motel! The room was very clean, quiet, and incredibly well soundproofed, and the bed was really comfortable. The town centre is also within easy walking distance, which was very convenient. We absolutely loved the breakfast, especially the pancakes 🥞 The whole team was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We stayed one night. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great location close to town and the beach. We will stay here again.

Lovely place. Location is walking distance to K-Mart, Aldi. And further down the road is MacDonalds & Hungry Jacks & Red Rooster. The staff are lovely. Buffet breakfast included with pancake maker, breads, cereals, yoghurt, hot & cold drinks. We took a family room with 1 Queen Bed & 2 singles. Sleeps 4. There a microwave in the room.
