Beautiful villas, some 2 story some single all appear to be air-conditioned, close to the beach and easy exit onto the highway to Busselton, a little harder if you're headed to down caves road but still manageable. Recommended for families, singles and all types in between.

Definitely a great place to be. Peaceful, respectful and quiet neighbourhood, very good ammenities and that beautiful beach😍

I've stayed here twice in the past 14 months, with two very different experiences. The first time was at the "beachfront" multi storey apartments. I'd advise against staying there. Our apartment was grubby, smelled odd and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, if at all. There were stains on all the kitchenware and mouldy food under the couch cushions. We were promised "beach views" but instead got views of a building site. These apartments also seemed considerably older than the rest of the resort. The second visit was much better. I stayed in one of the units slightly further from the beach but they were so much better. Much newer with better facilities. They were also very clean and tidy. These are a LOT better value than the ones nearer the beach and only a couple of minutes extra walk there too.
