Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas are all two bedroom, fully self contained villas with sweeping ocean views. Every villa has a view of the ocean from the balcony, living area and the main bedroom.
The villas are constructed of rammed earth, a natural building material which blends into the bush setting. The villas provide privacy whilst still allowing guests to mix on the lawns or at the BBQ areas.
Cool breezes come through in the afternoon providing a relaxing end to the day, watching the sun set in the direction of Canal Rocks.

Recently stayed here with family. Its location and views are second to none. I enjoyed every minute of sitting on the spacious balcony, watching the sunset and kangaroos jumping past.
The room its self is a little tired, but it does have everything you need and I believe the condition is reflected in the affordable price. Beds are comfy enough, villa was clean. Walking distance to smiths beach. Will definitely return!

Chandlers Smiths Beach is a hidden gem, blending into the bush on the hillside, with the most amazing views. The villas have all the basics you need to cook up a storm or sit on the balcony with wine and cheese, soaking in that view. The grasses areas outside the villas were fabulous for some simple lawn games. Plus Smith beach is down the hill for walks and when warm enough swimming. There's even Lamonts within walking distance for meals and coffee. It really is a fabulous spot for a relaxing break in the region.

we stayed 5 nights in mid october. we came from nz for a family wedding in perth and booked into Chandlers beach villas for 5 nights to use as a base.. was so beautiful and quiet. we hardly saw a sole
was clean , great kitchen with everything you could want,,,a nice private balcony and wonderful view..(.not if you wanting an up market place) - more of a family place I guess and still affordable.. could say a bit dated.... nice 5 mins walk down to beach,,,, also quite deserted at that time of year. was not very warm -- about 17oC but spent some days driving around. Mammoth caves worth a visit and the town closest,,, Dunsborough is gorgeous... super boutique shops,, good 2nd hand shops,,foodie places and gift shops... we loved our stay at chandlers....was very relaxing.. and also 10 minute drive away at Yallingup is a cafe/ general store and bakery.. so thats handy..
can totally recomment this place...

No food or drinks on site, we stopped in at Bunbury Farmers Market prior to arriving.
The spectacular ocean views from the balcony and main bedroom.
It is quiet and calming.
Fully equipped kitchen with provided dish soap, tea towels, kettle, oven and sharp knives to cut fresh fruit and make a cheese board to watch the sunset.
Laundry facility which is $3 for washer and $3 dryer ($1 coins only)
Clean rooms and well kept.
