The house is fully self-contained. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. Keep cool or warm with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom. The two toilets are conveniently located separately from the bathrooms, one of which boasts a luxurious bath. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
The beautiful and spacious backyard is fully enclosed, making it perfect for kids and pets to run around in. Enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor patio with the gas barbecue provided. There is also a second outdoor area for added privacy and relaxation.

Dogs are welcome with prior arrangement for an additional fee of $20 per night, per dog. City of Busselton laws apply.
The bedroom configurations are one king bed, one queen bed, and two single beds. Linen is provided.
Parking for up to three cars is available on the property.
Stay connected with free WiFi and unwind in front of the smart TV.
Smoking is only allowed outside, away from doors and windows.
Check-in is available after 3pm, with self-check-in options available for a contactless experience. Check-out is at 9:50am.
Bookings must be made by individuals over 21 years old.

Enjoy the entire property, with the owners living off-site. An access camera is installed at the front of the house. Owners available between the hours of 8am and 4pm should you need to discuss any issues. Please call the provided phone number for assistance.
Please abide by the City of Busselton Local Laws, which require no more than the booked occupants to be on the property after 10pm, all rubbish to be disposed of in the designated bins, no loud music or events after 10pm, no pets to be left unattended, and no more than three vehicles to be parked at the premises at any time.
