Set on a large securely fenced block with beautiful established gardens, this spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is ideal for families, couples or small groups seeking a relaxing South West escape. Perfectly positioned between the river and Margaret River township, the home is within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, shops and local attractions.

Blending authentic Margaret River charm with relaxed comfort, the home features recycled timber from the historic Fremantle Wool Stores, recycled kiln bricks from Pemberton and a striking Toodyay stone floor in the sunken lounge. Comfortable furnishings and retro touches create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped timber kitchen with a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the cookware and utensils needed for extended stays. The adjoining dining area flows into the cosy sunken lounge, complete with a freestanding wood fire, perfect for cooler winter evenings.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two king single beds. Electric blankets are fitted to all beds for added comfort during winter stays. Upstairs features three bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a spacious second living area and a balcony overlooking the Margaret River township and valley.

Outside, the expansive gardens are filled with native and exotic plants, along with beautiful mature trees unique to the South West of Western Australia. A large wrought iron outdoor dining setting creates the perfect space for long lunches, evening drinks and relaxed entertaining. Birdlife is abundant throughout the day, while white-tailed bandicoots are often spotted in the evenings.

Nature lovers will appreciate the tranquil setting, with the Margaret River and native Jarrah and Karri forest located just a three-minute walk away. The property is also pet friendly, with a securely fenced yard allowing the whole family to enjoy a memorable Margaret River escape together.
