Situated on the edge of town, the cottages are set on twelve and a half acres of attractive parkland adjoining a natural reserve comprising a number of walk trails perfect for exploring the myriad of wildflowers in season. If you are lucky you may chance upon one of the many kangaroos that live in the nearby bushland.
Most guests tend to start and finish their days making the most of Margaret River Holiday Cottages facilities, whether it’s bushwalking or watching your kids meet other kids in the playground for playtime. The complex has been created with the enjoyment of guests in mind and also houses an indoor solar heated pool, pool table, table tennis, a collection of family board games and an undercover barbecue area, perfect for balmy evenings.

Best holiday ever! We would highly recommend Margaret River Holiday Cottages. Our stay here well exceeded our expectations. Andrew and Jules have created a truely special place to visit where animals are freely available for interacting with as much or as little as you like. In our case, our children loved the farm so much, they didn’t want to leave. The daily animal feeding became a real highlight of our stay and the whole vibe of the farm was warm and welcoming. This is one very special place and we are so grateful for the time there. Thank you so much for having us!

We had an incredible time here! Our kids were absolutely enamored with the farm animals and had endless fun bonding with them. The location couldn't be better, just 2 km from town. Highly recommend this property, especially if you're traveling with kids. We're already planning our next trip to Margaret River and will definitely be back!"

I had a delightful stay at Margaret River Holiday Cottages with my family. The charming cottage exuded a clean and inviting farm vibe. Our mornings were a joy as my son eagerly fed the friendly animals, making it the highlight of our day. Riding the tractor added an extra layer of fun, and being close to town was convenient. The farm staff, with their warmth, shared insightful experiences on animal care. To capture the memories, we opted for a family photo session with the owner, Julia Whale – a truly enjoyable experience. A truly memorable and enjoyable retreat!

Our absolute favourite place to stay down south! We've stayed 3 times now, and cannot fault anything. Summer and Winter - it's an all year round haven of fresh air and relaxation.
Our kids absolutely love The Farm, and would stay every weekend if they had the chance. The owners and their kids are lovely and very accommodating.
