Situated on the edge of town, the cottages are set on twelve and a half acres of attractive parkland adjoining a natural reserve comprising a number of walk trails perfect for exploring the myriad of wildflowers in season. If you are lucky you may chance upon one of the many kangaroos that live in the nearby bushland.
Most guests tend to start and finish their days making the most of Margaret River Holiday Cottages facilities, whether it’s bushwalking or watching your kids meet other kids in the playground for playtime. The complex has been created with the enjoyment of guests in mind and also houses an indoor solar heated pool, pool table, table tennis, a collection of family board games and an undercover barbecue area, perfect for balmy evenings.

A Perfect Family Getaway!
We had an amazing stay at Margaret River Holiday Cottages! The daily animal feeding was such a treat—our child absolutely loved interacting with the friendly animals like alpacas and kangaroos. It was such a unique and heartwarming experience that made every morning so special.
The cottages themselves were cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The fireplace was a lovely touch, making the evenings feel extra relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They gave us great recommendations for exploring the area and were always available to help.
The indoor heated pool and games room were fantastic bonuses, and there was plenty to do outdoors too. It’s a perfect place for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and fun retreat surrounded by nature.
We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Margaret River.

We had a lovely six-night stay at Margaret River Holiday Cottages. We stayed in the Timber Cottages, which were perfect for our family of four. The cottages are simple but fully equipped and functional.
The owners, Andrew and Jules, along with their children and the entire staff, were very welcoming, making us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived.
Our highlight, of course, was the animals. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them and feeding them in the mornings. Most of the animals are rescues, and if you are lucky, you might even meet some baby joeys. We also enjoyed grilling marshmallows in the evenings.
The location of Margaret River Holiday Cottages is great, as most sights are within a 30-minute drive. There are also plenty of food options in Margaret River town.
Staying at Margaret River Holiday Cottages gave us a much-needed break from our busy lives in the big city.

We had a wonderful three day, four night visit to the Margaret River Holiday Cottages. The highlight by far was the daily animal feedings, which our four year old delighted in each morning. We also enjoyed the marshmallow roasting. Andrew, Lisa, and the entire team work extremely hard to create a fun and welcoming environment - they are superb hosts and I couldn't recommend this place more highly for young families. It's a great base to explore Margaret River and the surrounding region.

We had a wonderful 4D3N stay at MRHC, we stayed at the Brick House Cottage, very impressed with the warm hospitality from hosts Andrew and Jules. Great customer service, follow up and support from booking / reservation and to our arrival. Checking in and checking out was smooth.
Quite Clean and well maintained Brick Cottage House. My daughter really had a great time being a “farmer”, the daily animal feeding was a great experience and bonding time with my family and with the farm animals.Farm stay Location is quite convenient too. Will definitely be back to stay here again.
