A well run Park by what seems essentially young people. (I haven’t forgotten Chris). The front office girls are terrific and happy to assist in any way. They printed documents for me, advised when mail arrived and facilitated every request. A great bunch. The facilities in and around the park were well maintained and the place has a real good feel about it. I would highly recommend this park to anyone who is lucky enough to find themselves in Margaret River.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom chalet for the first time as there were 5 of us. We had family from overseas. Very disappointing. Place was infested with flies and the shower heads do not work. The floor boards were damp throughout. No shower gel was supplied. One spare plastic bag for rubbish for 5. How much does it actually cost management to supply a hotel size shower gel and extra rubbish bags?? The facility is making money out of a very poor service. We have used this park in the past under different management. It was much better run and service was commendable. I will not be using Margaret River Tourist park again.

The place is awesome, we can only speak for the newer cabins which were really nice. Electric hot water so it’s hot and instantaneous, all the chalets have solar panels all over the roof. Single beds were a bit hard and the pillows thin but they have extra pillows in the wardrobe so that’s probably more of a subjective experience. Very clean, great air con, great location, price was very good compared to other places around. There’s little things maybe, like having a rain cover over the gate access point when you wind down your window, it was pouring down at the time, but that’s a bit of a first world problem whinge. Overall, would definitely recommend.

The park is in a good location close to town so very convenient if you want to go for a walk. The caravan site was good although a bit tight but close to amenities and good shade. Two amenities blocks, both clean and well maintained although the hot water in the showers was spasmodic. Awesome staff in reception - very busy over Easter but did everything possible to accommodate our booking changes. Thanks guys - we had a great two weeks with you. Garry and Annie🙏
