Have been coming here at various times of the year for nearly 20 years, including for the past decade our now traditional 2 week break over Chrissy/New Years with the rest of our family in other sites and cabins along with us. Great location walking distance from the centre of town (great for restaurants and drinking responsibly with dinner), with the benefit of paved roads and sites to keep the inside of your van clean (especially great in winter), whilst still camping amongst the trees. The current crew that are on front desk and looking after the grounds are super friendly and will happily bend over backwards to make your stay a great one. I feel they have really worked hard to step things up and make everyone feel looked after, especially at this time of yearn when I am sure they would rather be with their own families. Even though we haven't really had any issues in the past, the current team are all a great asset that have really taken things up an extra notch with service.

Close to town and overall not too bad. Sites are close to another and there was quite some noise the entire time from 5am (kids playing) to after midnights (grown-ups playing). Some lads kept a generator running, music was played, communal drinking, kids, etc. Amenities are old but clean. Staff did not enforce quiet time after 9.30pm as advertised in terms, wouldn’t go back therefore.

Excellent little caravan park. Great value for money! Would stay here again if in the area. Jumping pillow and playground a big bonus. Kitchen well appointed, cabin comfortable for our 3 night stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom chalet for the first time as there were 5 of us. We had family from overseas. Very disappointing. Place was infested with flies and the shower heads do not work. The floor boards were damp throughout. No shower gel was supplied. One spare plastic bag for rubbish for 5. How much does it actually cost management to supply a hotel size shower gel and extra rubbish bags?? The facility is making money out of a very poor service. We have used this park in the past under different management. It was much better run and service was commendable. I will not be using Margaret River Tourist park again.
