Hi we just got back from a great long weekend with you and the park and customer service is amazing! The only issue was the children and their bikes, unfortunately this year there was a large volume of kids riding bikes in the dark with no lights and no parent supervision which ended up in one of our family members being hit by a bike and hurt. I was under the impression bikes were not to be ridden in the dark however unfortunately some guest don’t seem to listen and ruin a fun night out for others The children’s bikes were also parked in the middle of the roads which was a cluster of 10 plus bikes which lead to us not be able to drive to our site and again no parent supervision was around for us to ask for the bikes to be moved. I completely understand the fun of the bike rides with friends we just need to be mindful of all ages. Can’t wait to come back next year 😊

Spent 5 nights in a cabin It was spotless.the toiletries they supplied were beautiful. The only downside was the pool, play ground and jumping pillow closed so early on hot nights. The kids were disappointed after spending all day out to not be able to enjoy these facilities while parents relaxed a bit. It was advertised as dusk but were closed a lot earlier

We stayed here for 8 nights during the Christmas 2024 period. Biggest compliment to ground staff Dan. He was extremely wonderful with the kids and giving us tips on what to do. He also came to see us on our last day to see if he can lend us a hand. Absolutely wonderful bloke! Love: Daily kids activities Pool Clean grounds Things that can be improved on: Amenities - understandably it’s the busy season but the female toilets had two working cisterns, and it was rather filthy Laundry - the top loaders were dirty

A nice home away from home. Security screens on the windows and doors would eliminate any safety concerns. The rooms are quite stuffy at night with them locked up. It would be nice to keep windows open whilst sleeping.
