When coming to the final roundabout on the Bunbury/Busselton Bypass road, take the right hand road marked "to Dunsborough". Then turn left at roundabout junction of Caves Road. (The signs will say Scenic Route To Dunsborough). The Park is only about 800 metres from that corner, on the left-hand side of the road and right alongside the Buayanup Channel.
If coming through the Busselton township, the Park is approx 8 kms along the Bussell Highway / Caves Road as you head west towards Dunsborough.

I've been here a few times now. Great location out of the hussle bussle of the town centre but not too far away. We were relegated to the back half of the site due to the sheer size of our group (approx 40 people across 10 families) it was I'm afraid a dust bowl compared to the front half of the park. Possibly due to the long summer we've had. The ablution blocks were below par. 8 shower / toilet blocks for the very many spots, nowhere near enough facilities. Some days, no hot water or simply no water pressure and some in a bit of a grotty state. Also found no hot water in the camp kitchen on some days. For the shower blocks, a mop and bucket should be available for a quick mop up after use. That was probably the only real letdown, but other than that, the park has great facilities for the kids. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor condition of the few shower blocks available to the rear half of the park.

1st time visitor to RAC and was super impressed with everything. Large sites for caravan and parking close to amenities. We didn't leave the site! 🤣 grandchildren had an absolute ball. Highly recommend. Will definitely put any RAC on our travel plans.

2 good size pools plenty of parking at the front. Lovely staff everywhere. The caravan park is kept very clean . Needs a little bit of upgrading in some parts . But overall it's lovely for a weekend or holiday. Close to the beach and a little drive to the town.
