When coming to the final roundabout on the Bunbury/Busselton Bypass road, take the right hand road marked "to Dunsborough". Then turn left at roundabout junction of Caves Road. (The signs will say Scenic Route To Dunsborough). The Park is only about 800 metres from that corner, on the left-hand side of the road and right alongside the Buayanup Channel.
If coming through the Busselton township, the Park is approx 8 kms along the Bussell Highway / Caves Road as you head west towards Dunsborough.

Nice, comfortable chalets at a not too bad price per night. The service is fantastic too. Had a bit of a mix up with our booking but the staff were very accommodating and got us sorted in no time. Also threw in a free welcome hamper because of it, so absolutely no complaints. Otherwise the site is nice and quiet, and only a ten minute drive from the centre of town, so all things considered, very much recommended.

A quick getaway with my hubby and cousin to Busselton for three nights. It is great that they have charging ports for EVs, the room wasn't bad, in fact the room we got was quite good. It was clean, had the essential things like coffee, tea and sugar, air-conditioning, tv, hair dryer and cookies and 2 small milk in the fridge. The staff are very helpful and informative, they also had such nice location with a playground, man made lake, the cute little ducks and bunnies roaming around the park, we had a great stay!

We stayed at the Ensuite site using our rooftop tent for the night.
The staff were very friendly and helpful as it was our first time there.
The RAC holiday park is very nice and clean with a very handy kitchen & bbq.
There’s also a heated pool and other activities to do.
It pays to be an RAC member and get a good deal for the stay.
