Come and enjoy a quiet, shady, beachfront holiday park offering unique rammed earth and Swiss chalets as well as camping and caravan sites. Perfectly located only 50 metres from the beach for you to soak up the sea, sand and serenity.
Sandy Bay is a quiet, shady, grassed beachfront park located 6km west of Busselton town centre. It is separated from the beach only by a cycleway which reaches past the town centre, Busselton's famous 2km Jetty and Underwater Observatory.  Geographe Bay is a calm, sheltered area ideal for families, young and old, with superb swimming, fishing, snorkelling, crabbing and beach combing all year round.

Swiss & Rammed Earth Chalets
There are 9 Swiss chalets that sleep up to 4 people and 9 rammed earth chalets that sleep up to 6 people.  The chalets are cosy and feature beautiful exposed jarrah ceilings and slow-combustion fireplaces with wood provided for your winter warmth.

Caravanning & Camping
A mix of shady, partially shady and sunny powered caravan and camping sites are available all year round. Site sizes may vary. Caravans larger than 22ft/6.7m long cannot be accommodated. A communal camp kitchen is available with gas BBQ area, sheltered picnic tables, sink, toaster, kettle and microwave.

Sandy Bay Holiday Park is pet-friendly by arrangement with additional costs but pets not allowed during school holidays.

Immaculate presentation; gardens, paths etc. all very well maintained. Nice camp kitchen and ablutions block. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Park is adjacent to the beach down a very quiet road. Park is a small size which is a plus in my books - nice and quiet. This place is a winner.
