Great place to stay. The room was very clean with a great bed. The shared facilities were in perfect condition. Location is great as the ocean and scenic locations are nearby. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other accommodation in the area.

We stayed at Surfpoint mid way through a Cape to Cape hike. Surfpoint stored a food drop for us, also provided a free self service laundry (a big plus after 4 days of hiking). Room was a twin bed with communal toilet/shower that was spotlessly clean. Check in staff efficient and friendly.

What an absolute gem of a place!! I enjoyed my time here so much, it’s situated about 10 minutes out of the Margaret river town, in a beautiful quiet spot next to the beach, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. A few minutes from Caves Road so a great base to explore the capes! I was a little sceptical with a shared bathroom, as hotels of these type are usually more budget than nice - but this is an exception! The room was comfy and clean and the facilities were unexpected and fantastic (tv room, large living room, dining room, chefs kitchen, laundry). It feels more like a lux BnB than a hotel/motel. I especially liked the Nespresso coffee/hot chocolate station, free laundry facilities, and the use of little rolled up cloth towels in the bathrooms (a really nice eco touch!) I met a few other guests and we had a wine by the fire 🙂 and Betty the resident Labrador is adorable! I can’t wait to stay again when I’m back in this beautiful part of Australia!!

I have stayed at Surfpoint Resort for many years now and can't believe my initial review wasn't posted by Google. Surfpoint is a hidden gem located in the Margaret River region at Gnarabup. Kate and all the staff working here are so friendly and accommodating. Nic and Nick have worked extremely hard to make Surfpoint into a very homely and friendly environment for all the guests. The bedrooms, living and kitchen areas are immaculate. The resort is environmentally friendly, gardens are beautiful, outdoor areas, pool and barbecue nicely located and relaxing. All the decor inside and around the resort is beautiful. Gnarabup beach just a short walk down the hill, you really won't be disappointed by the views particularly at sunset. I now consider Surfpoint as my second home and always top of my list for accommodation. Infact I have just booked my holidays today with Kate who was extremely friendly and helpful with my dates. Thankyou Surfpoint for all the wonderful holidays, looking forward to my next stay with you. Martin
