The biggest sell point on this venue is the location, very close (5min walk) into the town center, and an even shorter walk to the beach. The gardens and yards are immaculate and beautiful. The price point is so-so, the fact you have to pay extra to have more than 4 people (in a villa with 3x double beds) is a bit weird, and an extra $65 if you forget to empty the dishwasher or run out of time to tidy up prior to leaving is wild. However the office staff were lovely and the bedding, etc were very clean. Beds were quite hard and the rooms do become quite warm in the summer.

Rooms are dirty, the bathroom floor full of long hair from previous visitors. Ash in fireplace and rubbish in the wood bin. Great location, walking distance from shops and close to the ocean.

Stayed here with my partners children last week during the school holidays. It was clean and catered to our needs. The kids loved having their own loft to themselves. The complex was quiet even though it was fully booked, which was awesome, we didn’t feel like anyone else was staying there. The villas are so close to the beach and walking distance to cafes and supermarket. Definitely will book to stay again, recommend booking early to obtain a Villa as gets booked very quickly.

We have stayed here previously and it was fabulous. Room was clean, roomy and location is fabulous. We have now booked to stay again in April (different villa than before) and the management was so easy to deal with and accommodating. Can't recommend enough.
