The range of seven (one, two and three bedroom) self-contained cottages are nestled amongst karri and peppermint forest to ensure total seclusion and privacy, perfect for a family getaway, romantic escape or friend’s gatherings.

Our seven self contained cottages allow guests to immerse themselves in a unique country atmosphere whilst being close to the sea. Situated just 15 minutes from Denmark's town centre, we're a stone's throw away from some of the region’s most popular attractions including Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks.
The family owned and run cottages are built from timber and stone with cosy wood log fires adding to the magical rustic charm of the area. The spectacular 330 acre property adjoins William Bay National Park offering guests a private walk trail through to the popular Mazzoletti Beach. The cottages are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and offer stunning views through picturesque woodland of Karri and Peppermint trees.
In addition, William Bay Cottages also offer guests a Games Room facility with WIFI access, tennis court and morning animal feeds for an authentic hands on farm experience.

My partner and I just stayed at William Bay Cottages for the first time, for two nights, and we were blown away. We stayed in the 'Settlers Cottage', and it was perfect for the two of us! The decor is incredible, and it feels like you've stepped back in time to the 1700s, except it's got all the luxuries you'd need to really indulge in the experience. The place was very clean, tidy, organised, and it had everything we needed. The only things I can think of possibly adding would be a proper dish sponge and some oil for the frying pans (we would've brought our own if we knew that it wouldn't be provided), but that's tiny stuff compared to what was already offered. The spa was AMAZING, and the speaker system that could be selected from above the spa, to the bedroom, to the rest of the property, that was just so well thought out. The garden was amazing and the lilies were out, making it so serene. Loved the animals and everything else that was offered. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we wanted to stay a third night as soon as we walked in the door, but unfortunately (although not surprisingly) they were already booked! Definitely recommend this lovely cottage stay - we'll be back! :)

Perfectly appointed and immaculate in the most beautiful, peaceful location. Private and quiet, with all amenities included. Amazing stay for a romantic getaway or family holiday. Communication with the owners is clear and timely. No need to look any further for your stay in Denmark. Highly recommended, thankyou so much. Our family will be back again 😊

Beautiful cottages in the woods. It was so peaceful and restorative. We sat on the balcony overlooking the forest with our morning tea and spent the evenings in front of the fire. Despite the feeling of escaping into the countryside, it’s only fifteen minutes from Denmark. They even give recommendations for lots of great food and experiences nearby. We enjoyed our time there very much and will be coming back.

We have travelled in Australia for 7 weeks and this was by far the best accommodation. It was very nicely furnished as you would furnish and decorate your own home. The kitchen is well equipped and for the cooler months the woodburner is awesome. The cottage is located in the woods and is very secluded, there is a private walk to the beach which is stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well.
