Margaret River Wine Academy
Just launched - a new wine education offering specialising in teaching people about the unique attributes of the Margaret River wine region and it's highly prized wines.
The Margaret River Wine Academy is the first of its kind in the south west, offering wine education suitable for individuals, groups, corporate and conferencing programs, tourism and hospitality providers, and workplace training. Presented in an engaging style, each course is a deep-dive into topics which explain what sets Margaret River apart from any other wine region in the world.
Owned and operated by long-time wine industry expert and published author, Leah Clearwater, this is a wine school suitable for a wide range of learning scenarios. Each course runs for 2-3 hours and finishes with a wonderful tasting of regional wines. With carefully curated content and an engaging presentation style, Leah has created topics ranging from “Beautiful Bubbles” (sparkling wine!) through to the unique attributes of the stunning Margaret River region and it’s worldclass wines, including key regional wine varieties.
Courses are hosted by partnering wineries and in workplaces and are also mobile so can come to you.
