I work in security at several hospitals in the South West, including those in Bridgetown, Bunbury, Busselton, Collie, Donnybrook, Harvey, and Manjimup. On one occasion, I had a shift at Margaret River. Nathalie, a care assistant, is truly exceptional. I have never encountered anyone as hospitable as she is; she is a gem. Thank you, Nathalie, for your kind hospitality.

Well it certainly has been a turn of events and some of you may be very pleased to see me post my first post in almost a week .
Last Sunday a.m. I was admitted to Margaret River Regional Hospital and upon arrival, the prognosis was not good.
After being diagnosed with a chest infection, pneumonia, Sepsis, Delirium and with a life expectancy of less than 24 hours, I managed to beat all odds again.
I would like to extend my absolute gratitude to DRs Adam and Dr Ian and their nursing team who never gave up on me once. They had given my family 24 hours before it was time to prepare me for my last wishes.
Had I been in Perth, I am unsure I would have received the same outcome.
So from myself, my daughters Michelle, Natalie, Annalise, granddaughter Harlow, son in law, Nath, Tony and my brother and sisters, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.
Margaret River, you are blessed with the best medical team in the State.

I arrived by ambulance with excruciating knee pain. The ambulance team were amazing.
Wonderful care in emergency and all the medical staff rallied around and made me comfortable.
I’ve stayed two nights in the hospital.
Food was fresh and served hot. Ancillary staff were friendly and caring. Doctors and nurses were professional and also friendly . . All going beyond the call of duty. Added bonus of a lovely garden view from my room.
I’m very grateful for such a good experience especially as I was in such acute pain. Thank you to each and everyone of you. 🙏

All nurses and doctors acted professionally and ran the appropriate tests to accurately diagnose something others might have missed. Even though they were busy I was always cared for. Very glad to have this level of care in the community. Thank you.
