Eight Willows Retreat is situated on Metricup Road 20 minutes north of Margaret River and 20 minutes south of Busselton and Dunsborough. From Bussell Highway, turn right onto Metricup Road (you will see a little church on the corner) and you will find Eight Willows Retreat approximately 3km down Metricup Road on the right-hand side. Look for the Eight Willows Retreat signs.

Eight Willows Lakeside Function Centre is one of the Margaret River Region’s largest event venues offering panoramic views overlooking the lake and bushland providing a spectacular framing of outdoor scenery.
With floor to ceiling windows overlooking the spectacular unobstructed views of the lake, the stylish space was built using modern architectural designs; set with feature stone walls, a statement fireplace and bar, stylish oak flooring, a large commercial kitchen and a stunning outdoor alfresco area. The Function Centre is based on paved flat ground and can accommodate prams and disability access.
Weddings
Boasting an array of soft furnishings and a statement fireplace, this unique canvas sets a tranquil ambience for the ultimate romantic event. Onsite, there are four gorgeous ceremony locations to choose from, designed around the picturesque natural landscape - all are also perfect for capturing stunning wedding photos. Following the ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy canapes and beverages in the Function Centre or the alfresco area which offer wicker lounges, outdoor tables, chairs and picnic bench seating.
The Function Centre can accommodate upwards of 140 seated guests and up to 275 guests for a cocktail event, utilising both the indoor and outdoor areas. There are various access points from the Chalets for the wedding party and other guests staying onsite.

Had a night stay at their two bedroom chalet. It’s an extremely pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and well furnished with branded white goods like dish washer (which they request you load your dirty wares before check out), oven, stove and microwave.
We stayed at chalet 11, it’s very private with sheltered parking right infront.
The only slight inconvenience is the shower, as my nanna is 80 over years old, hopping over the bathtub was slightly daunting.
We loved everything about our stay! And would highly recommend it.

Cannot fault anything here. It’s an amazing spot and we were lucky enough to have chalet three which looks over the water. The spot is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Incredibly happy with our stay.
It’s located close to all the regular fun spots (especially kid friendly ones) down south.
Great and easy walking trail to take the kids on for kangaroo spotting and photos.

I didn’t stay there I just went there for a wedding but the service was awesome, the waiters were really nice and the receptionists were really kind too! They helped me figure out where the wedding was. There are a bunch of couches on the lawn facing a beautiful view of the lake and the forest edge. There’s also a pavilion but I don’t recommend going there at night bc there are ALOT of flies. But it’s really aesthetic and pretty to look at :)

I’m a wedding photographer and I always love shooting weddings at Eight Willows. The day flows well with the couple and guests staying on site.
The Bush Chapel is awesome for ceremonies, and there’s an great vibe by the water during the afternoon and evening at the function area.
There’s ace photo locations within walking distance of the reception area.
Also, big shout out to their wedding/functions manager Carly - she is an absolute weapon. Everything runs so smoothly, she has awesome energy and always does the little extra things behind the scenes to make sure her weddings are as good as they can be 👍
