Margaret River Stand Up Surfing offers a new and enjoyable experience for visitors to the region's beautiful beaches. Join them in the morning for a 60 or 90 minute session, or go for a small tour with breakfast included. Instruction is given and is available to everyone from 8 years of age.
This experience gives you the ability to interact with the ocean and the wildlife paddling off one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. Stand Up Surfing is one of the world's fastest-growing water sports as it is easy to pick and lets you access the ocean from a large floating board.
Instruction is given on how to paddle and your guide will stay with you all the way if you need help. Stand Up Surfing Instructors are all ASI qualified (world standard) and are trained lifeguards. The business is run by the extended family and there are three generations involved so there are plenty of stories.
After your exertions on the SUP board, you can follow up with a meal and some beverages at the White Elephant Cafe which is known for the quality of its food and scenery.
