Cowaramup Pioneer Park is a picturesque park in the heart of Cowaramup and a great place to bring the kids. There is a playground, BBQs, picnic tables and a public toilet.
In 2010, Margaret River was the host town for the Cow Parade, an event that has been held in various places around the world where full-size cow statues are painted in a variety of styles by artists sponsored to create something that stands out. One of the favourites of the parade was the golden cow on the tall pole in Pioneer Park, affectionately known as Rump On A Stump and a tongue-in-cheek take on a similarly prominent statue at one of the wineries in the region!
