You'll only find real and natural ingredients in their delicious ice creams - fresh fruit, real milk, pure cream - and never any artificial colours, flavours, or generic pastes. Committed to seasonality, Elski sources local produce whenever possible, ensuring their offerings reflect the freshest local flavours.
All Elski ice cream & sorbets are made from high-quality ingredients, fresh fruit and no additives or preservatives. Our tone of voice is uplifting, sharing nothing but good vibes. We create happy moments in our store and through every interaction and touchpoint. We balance our fun personality with a sense of quality, capturing the premium nature of our ice cream.
The menu is intentionally small and constantly rotating, focusing on small-batch creations crafted with care in their Dunsborough kitchen rather than mass production. Danish ice cream, a harmonious middle ground between the richness of American ice cream and the lightness of Italian gelato, offers the perfect balance of indulgence and delicacy. Elski’s ice creams is served from a traditional Italian pozzetti, which perfectly preserves the ice cream and allows it to be served at a warmer temperature, enhancing the flavour and creating a smoother consistency.
Inspired by owners Steve and Anna’s experiences and connection to Denmark, Elski weaves Danish charm into every detail. From photos of Copenhagen’s canals, found at a Danish flea market, to wooden stools from a beloved Danish design brand, their space reflects a love for Danish culture. Even the rotating Danish-inspired flavours, along with the classic guf and flødeboller found in nearly every ice cream shop in Denmark, bring an authentic taste of home to Elski.
