Margaret River Coffee Co's spiritual home is on a beautiful former dairy farm in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, where they have their original copper roaster producing small, hand batches five days a week.

They first registered The Margaret River Coffee Company name in 1999 when they launched a sister company The Margaret River Chocolate Company at the heart of the internationally recognised Margaret River wine region.

They thought coffee and chocolate would be the perfect match for the region, but the success of the chocolate business took them by surprise and it wasn’t until many years later that they were able to revisit coffee.

Today The Margaret River Coffee Company searching the world to find the highest quality beans from sustainable and reputable suppliers to make the best cup of coffee imaginable.

Their flagship Wilyabrup and Injidup blends are sold as beans and in 100% compostable, environmentally friendly, Nespresso-compatible pods.

A haven for oils, sauce, condiments, coffee and wine enthusiasts! The store is stocked with rows and rows of products which are made from their factory. It’s extremely open with ample walking space which makes it a very comfortable visit. A must visit if you are in the area and want a nice break from the wine yards! Highly recommend this!

A decent spot for sauce enthusiasts and wine lovers. The sauces are unique, and the wines are good. The garden at the back is a nice touch but feels a bit disconnected from the rest of the place. Worth a visit, but not a must-see. Parking is plentiful. Highly recommend for a quality shopping experience!

Great place to visit for someone who likes to cook or eat. Different types of balsamic vinegar (cherry/apple) available. Different types of olive oil (garlic/ chili/ truffle infused). Syrups, jams, etc. Came here from the chocolate factory expecting the same friendly atmosphere which was unfortunately not met. For a store in a tourist destination, you’d think they would be more friendly. The lady manning the store did not acknowledge us until I asked for the liquor tasting that was advertised. I was accommodated but it felt like she didn’t want to do it. I would understand if the place were busy, but we were the only ones there. Made me question if she was just not happy to serve us because of our race. Just 2 stars deducted because it’s still a must visit. Rudeness turned down after saying I’ll take bottles of rosé and chocolate liquor. Ended up spending ~$150 Happy with my purchases but unhappy with the interaction.

Our favourite winery, coming from Wine Country Marlborough NZ, host was amazing, delicious wine. Needs to better advertised though...we only saw a wee sign when leaving the chocolate factory...this is a hidden gem that needs exposure.
