BABY GERM
05 October 2022
When we arrived, the waitress asked if we wanted to participate in the wine tasting. We decided not to because neither of us drinks. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. The restaurant space is quite large.
We ordered
1) 👍🏻𝐆𝐲𝐨𝐳𝐚 $𝟐𝟏.𝟓𝟎
𝘑𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘯-𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘶𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴
There are a total of six pieces. I'm surprised that it's perfectly pan-fried, not too dry, and juicy and flavorful on the inside.
2) 👍🏻𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐃𝐨𝐧 $𝟐𝟔
𝘙𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘸𝘭 𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘤𝘢𝘣𝘣𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘵!
Personally, we don't find the sauce spicy; it would be better if it had a stronger flavour. If there was more sauce to go with the rice, I'd be perfect. The pork is neither too thin nor too thick; it is soft and tender.
3) 👍🏻𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧 $𝟏𝟕 (𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐟 𝟒 𝐩𝐜)
𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘮𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘰, 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘧𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘰𝘦, 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘺𝘢𝘬𝘪 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦, 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘰 (𝘎𝘍)
This sushi roll plate appears to be both attractive and generous. I love salmon, and this plate of goodness was delicious! 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝! It would be nice if they served more wasabi and slices of ginger.
4) 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐠𝐢 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞 $𝟏𝟕 (𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐟 𝟒 𝐩𝐜)
𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘞𝘢𝘨𝘺𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘧, 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘦, 𝘤𝘶𝘤𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳, 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯 (𝘎𝘍)
This plate was underwhelming. The beef is overcooked and served cold. Skip this dish
Conclusion: Prices are quite steep, a full length roll will cost you $30+
𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥 $𝟖𝟏.𝟓𝟎
