A family-owned & operated boutique winery & campsite, located off the beaten track but only 10 minutes from the town Margaret River. 100% dry grown grapes, farmed in organic practices, and minimal intervention with preservatives Complimentary wine tasting of premium wine & barrel tasting offered every day. Always something new to try in the cellar door.
Since 1997 Jarvis Estate has excelled in wine production and offers the very best in Australian & Margaret River wine. Operated from the home vineyard in the heart of Margaret River, this world-class vineyard is also the family home of Matt & Jackie and their 3 daughters. Whilst the cellar door experience is highly sought after by visitors to Margaret River, Jarvis Estate likes to offer wine lovers something a bit different. Instead of a traditional cellar door, they offer free barrel tastings.

The red wine range includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Malbec. They also produce one of Margaret River’s best Cabernet Francs - a traditional French variety that excels when grown in the sub-region of Bramley, where Jarvis Estate is located.

Their white wine varieties include estate-grown Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. They pride themselves on being a true ‘estate’, one in which their grapes are grown, fermented and bottled entirely on their own property. By carefully controlling this process, it ensures a better quality wine for your enjoyment.

We have just had a lovely 5 days camping at Jarvis Estate. It is very quiet with only the sounds of birds and cows to interrupt the serenity, being allowed to have an evening fire 🔥 was such a bonus. We were treated to a very enjoyable, informative, entertaining wine tasting by Ulf who really knows his stuff. The wines were delicious and I think it’s the nicest Rose we tasted in the whole of Margaret River. I also bought the Three Daughters, and WTF liquor. Thank you Jarvis Estate and Margaret River for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time with Ulf! He was incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so much about the winery and vineyard. The wines were excellent! Great quality at a very affordable price. We also loved that they offer camping for self-contained vehicles, which we didn’t use, but if you’re travelling and want to, I definitely recommend staying and doing the wine tasting with them. If you’re travelling through, wine tasting in Margaret River is a must, I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Jarvis Estate offers a great camping spot paired with a fabulous wine tasting experience. Camp spots amongst the grape vineyard and rural views of cattle grazing and waterbirds swimming on the dams, perfect. As for the wines we really enjoyed most all of their range and the tasting offered to campers was world class.

I don’t often post reviews but Ulf runs hands down the best wine tasting I have experienced. He takes his time and loves the banter. Great old school hospitality, rare in today’s fast paced world. Great camping option also if self contained. Lovely and quiet amongst the vines and farmland.
