I just wanted to pass on some lovely feedback about the staff member on the floor this morning from 9am. They were absolutely wonderful with the children. Engaging with children of all ages and abilities in such a warm and encouraging way, supporting their ideas, gently helping them overcome their fears (and even some of the mums’ fear of heights 😅) all while keeping things safe and fun. It’s so clear they love what they do and they truly went above and beyond to create a great experience for everyone. They really deserve to be acknowledged for their fantastic work. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

So if your kids want to do the climbing wall... don't get there after 2pm!! One of the boys (9yrs old) I took lined up for ages to get a harness,(1 girl putting them on and about 10 in line) only to be told she was going away for 15 minutes... so then he went to play, then came back and had to line up again!! Finally got a harness and walked over to be told they were closing the climbing wall. It was 2.15pm... the centre closes at 5pm. I think that's average. They need to state on their website that certain areas close easy earlier than the actual closing time. Must have been at least 60 kids ($1200/hr- $1800 income) and Max 3 staff on the floor($80?), that includes 1 walking around, 1 putting on harnesses, 1 doing the gravity walk ...2 others kept going out the back. Area is great, but think they need a lot more staff and to run/open all areas.
