Jaspers Cabins have now opened to rave reviews. Luxury, architect-designed studio spaces ideally suited to adventurous couples exploring the rolling vineyards, seasonal cuisine and all that southwest WA has to offer. 

Snuggle up in king-sized beds. Fresh linen and a choice of pillows ensure a great night in bed after an indulgent day of exploration. ​ 

Energy efficient, including double-glazed sliding doors and windows, the cabins are warm in the winter and cool in the summer with reverse cycle air-conditioning. 

Private decks have dual bike racks, so safely hang your wheels while you refresh in the over-sized rainfall shower. ​

What a great find! This little restaurant in a small country town is punching above its weight with quality food and attentive, professional service. We had the lamb rack which was cooked perfectly & the mushroom risotto was the creamiest, tastiest risotto I’ve had in years. Good local wines on the wine list & interesting whiskies if you’re into that. Cosy inside seating or outside with heaters and blankets for your lap. Can definitely recommend.

The premier place in Pemberton for good food, great service and beautiful ambience. Pemberton is known for Gloucester tree, but I say that Jasper's beats it for sheer delight. If you only do one thing in Pemberton, go to Jasper's. World class in a little country town. Damien is awesome

Service was great, the cocktails were also great. The food was really good, amazing for being in a regional town in WA. Didn't go down the whisky route but was pretty mesmerised by all the boards and charts with whisky info... absolutely worth dining here if you are in Pemberton. Here for dinner only so no idea on the rooms but I'd imagine they're a good choice.

What an amazing restaurant. I recently went to Jaspers for a special lunch for a special lady's birthday and was truly thrilled at the level of service and the wonderful food options. The chef is a magician! The decor is tastefully rustic but super comfortable. This is just a great little restaurant and an absolute must while visiting Pemberton. Thanks guys from Roy and Julie (19th June '26)
