Every now and then you get a rare and amazing dining experience & this little place in Pemberton is one of those. If you’re passing through, book a table because it’s excellent! We visited on a Saturday night when it was full and we were lucky enough to get a table. We ordered 4 dishes from the small plate menu and they were all impeccable. Kudos to the kitchen crew and chef for amazing flavours and fresh ingredients. The prawns, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables were particularly delicious. Kudos too for the wait staff whose attention to detail and approach to service was all perfect. Loved it!

The restaurant is everything you would want in an upmarket country bar restaurant. Food iswell prepared, good selection, local ingredient forward. Dessert includes some whiskey pairings. We ate there twice. Once I had the beef with truffle, and the other, homemade fettuccine with seafood. Both excellent. You can stay next door at Jaspers accommodation- smart little units, great design and lighting.

We are considering moving to Pemberton just so we can eat here regularly. This sounds like an exaggeration but in all honesty, this is the best food I’ve ever eaten! Jaspers has ruined food for us! I will dream about that steak and truffle mash. Also, the whiskey desert experience is something I thoroughly enjoyed (despite not being a huge whiskey fan). The staff were warm and genuine. I can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful evening with five other friends. We returned to Jaspers, booking our trip centred around our dinner booking as we have only had great experiences each time. We live in Margaret River and always feel excited to be able to come and share a great food experience with close friends. Everyone’s meal was exquisite. From the Duck paired with a cumin spiced Risotto, to the lamb racks and the sirloin. While we were completely satisfied and belly happy we couldn’t not have a sweet finish so apple pie and deep fried mars bars topped the meal off. As well as an orange peanut whisky. My only regret was that I didn’t have enough room to fit some entrées in and that i forgot to take some photos. But it’s a good reason to come again. If you haven’t had the Jasper experience , then it’s a 'must do' for a trip down south. You will not be disappointed. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the owner really adds to the dining experience, with his sharp presentation, neat attire and he even smelt very nice, he’s a wealth of knowledge and takes a lot of pride in his business. More than a meal you will take away great memories. It’s like a funky hipster cafe tucked away in the city, yet actually so much better than that because it’s tucked away in the beautiful and inviting town of Pemberton.
