Spent a week in villas. Best value accommodation. Enjoyed every minute. Kids and adults loved all the facilities inc games room, pool and playground. All staff were lovely to deal with. Our young one had a night accident and staff sorted everything for us. Have already booked next year.

Booked one of the single bed villas here for 3 nights over the NYE period.. Rooms were quite clean and well presented. The villa itself was well equipped, but the quality of amenities was a bit basic for the price (which to be fair was probably inflated over the holiday season). For example the towels were quite thin and the pillows didn't have much support. The bed and mattress were comfortable though. There was also no linen change unless staying for at least 7 days which feels a bit cheap. And there was a note reminding guests to wash their own dishes (really?) and that a $100 cleaning fee would apply if there was "excessive" cleaning required (definition of "excessive" not provided). Overall 3 stars as it was about what I expected for the price, maybe slightly above average. Would return here next time if I need accommodation in Busselton.

We only stayed here for 3 nights. The place is very well kept and has the best staff . Everyone we encountered is so friendly. Your showers are great for a tall guy. We might return one day.
