Located approximately 150 meters from the main street Central Avenue Apartments are the perfect spot from which to explore the delights of Margaret River. Galleries and cafes are a short stroll away by day, whilst in the evening you can enjoy our cosmopolitan bars and restaurants in the knowledge that your car is securely parked for the night.

Likewise, if you're looking for a "home away from home" then Central Avenue Apartments are the place for you.

Spacious rooms, beautiful contemporary décor and large balconies provide an ideal space in which to rest, relax, entertain and enjoy the company of family and friends. All of the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, oven and microwave plus comfy leather lounges, smart TV's in the living area and both bedrooms, luxurious king size beds and waterfall showers.

It is important to note however that access to all 5 apartments is on a first level floor via stairs only. There are no lift facilities.

We stayed at Apartment 8 of Central Avenue Apartments in late Feb 2025. The apartment came with 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and a separate bathroom. The apartment was spacious, stylishly furnished and provided everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with the ample amounts of coffee, tea and sugar sachets on the counter top, salt and pepper shakers and 2 small milk cartons in the fridge. Cling wrap, aluminium foil and baking paper was also supplied. Another surprise was the generous bottles of bath gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied in both bathrooms. Management have obviously taken on board past reviews and obliged with all these extra delights. However, please upgrade lighting in bedrooms and common areas. The current LED down lights do not illuminate well. We highly recommend these apartments for a family getaway. A short walk to Margaret River town means the car can stay in the enclosed garage. Four of us recently stayed a weekend in Apartment 6 and had a great time. The self check in was easy and the apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. The large terrace is a good place to relax with a few cold refreshments. Crockery and cutlery wise the apartment had everything we needed but condiments etc are not provided. The location is convenient and within easy walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area and we look forward to returning to explore more.

Beautiful apartments and finishing touches. We had 3 apartments and everyone loved the comfortable beds, linen and pillows, the shower was amazing too, clear instructions to get into the place with locked garage parking, the sound system worked well and integrated without hassle. Well thought out and we weren't wanting for anything. Loved the late check out time too so we could have brekky and explore the town a bit more in the morning. Thank you!

This place was amazing!! From the text message giving plain and simple instructions before check in to the moment we locked the doors and left, this place was phenomenal. We were all impressed with the size, the cleanliness and wow the location. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Central Ave team.
