Visited Conto Campground last night with friends and had a wonderful time. The location is incredibly accessible, well-organized, and the outdoor toilets and basins were clean and easy to use. The partly cloudy sky cleared up just enough for some incredible astrophotography—using a timer setup worked wonders to get some crisp night-sky shots! The only downside was that our specific site at Chuditch wasn't perfectly flat, making it a bit of a challenge to keep our sleeping bags from sliding around inside the tent. Overall, fantastic amenities and a great vibe.

This campsite was a huge disappointment. There was not enough signage for the sheer size of the campground to and it was extremely easy for hikers to get lost at night. Furthermore, there was no warning that an entire school would be in the site adjacent to us, disturbing us throughout the night. Water must be treated, but at least there were bbqs, and decent amenities.

First time staying here. Had a great time. Perfect little getaway. GF and I stayed 3 nights. Just far enough away to not be crowded. Stayed in the Davies area, perfect for cars/rents and or rooftop tents. Definitely take a trip down to Contos Beach, And even the others down the same track.

It's one of our absolute favourites, the campsite has great options for privacy, clean facilities (drop toilets and non-potable water), friendly (most I've met anyway) camp hosts and the beach, coastline and access to #C2C is awesome đź’Ż
