I recently stayed at Stay Margaret River with a tour group. My room was simple but comfortable with everything I needed during my stay. The sheets were white and crisp and the bathroom linen was white and fluffy. The meals were excellent and the staff warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. I was unwell one day and Jackie from housekeeping went out of her way to look after me! My room was very quiet as was the whole resort. The new owners have done a lot of work in the grounds which are lovely to have a stroll through. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Accommodation adequate, but dated. Pool very small and not really suitable for relaxing around and in.
Stayed 4 nights, one day the room was not cleaned and tea and code not replenished daily. Keep having to go to reception or bar to get more.
Receptionist who checked us in was bubbly and very polite, unfortunately don’t know her name. However, there is a rude staff member, Nicole, who does not smile and looks very unhappy. On the day we arrived she was around and we wanted milkshakes. She was abrupt and unhelpful.
We departed on Christmas morning, I took the keys to reception, it was closed, but Nicole appeared.
I expected a smile and good morning or merry Christmas, but I got a scowl and, “can I help you”. Please manager teach her some hospitality etiquette.

We were upgraded but they didn’t know it was my birthday! They were very friendly and we ask to help with going places and suggestions to go ! Sang happy birthday for my actually day and had flowers picked from the garden with a bottle of local red. Then went to dinner a received a complimentary bottle of champagne… Lovely place and would go back
