The Perfect Romantic Getaway! My fiancé and I stayed at the Deep Water Retreat for 4 nights for a very special romantic holiday, and oh my goshhhh… it did not disappoint! 🥰 Honestly, 10/10 from us. Everything was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and had such a warm, luxurious feel. We felt completely secluded, like we were the only ones out there in the bush, which was exactly what we were hoping for. The heated bathroom floors were such an amazing little luxury, especially being there in the middle of winter. We were so comfortable and relaxed that we genuinely did not want to leave! The only thing I could possibly suggest, and this is purely a personal preference, would be a carport or some form of covered parking. Staying in the middle of winter, with the beautiful big trees surrounding the property, I did find myself worrying a little about the new car at times🤣. But honestly, that is such a minor thing and certainly didn’t take away from our stay. Apart from that, I genuinely could not fault the place. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to return one day and experience one of the other cottages. We have already recommended Hidden Valley Forest Retreat to our family and friends and will definitely be back! 🌸🌿

What an amazing stay! We stayed at Deepwater for 4 nights and can thoroughly recommend for anyone who wants a little piece of paradise to themselves. The cabin is very well thought out and well maintained. A glass bottle of fresh milk in the fridge and some welcome chocolates was a very nice touch as well. A large open clearing between the cabin and lake was great for some morning yoga, as is “The Island” as we called it on the lake that is for Deepwater residents only. In summer it would be awesome to go swimming but too cold for us unfortunately (Early August and raining). Very private and wood delivery for the fire was extremely discreet. The outdoor spa bath was great but would be my only negative experience for the whole stay. The pump for the blower is located right under it and is very noisey, distracting from the serenity of the experience. We ended up just using it as a bath and not spa. Maybe this could be rectified by some insulation or relocating it? Overall a 99.9% awesome stay and will definitely be back again. Chris and Irina

Hidden Valley Retreat more than lives up to its promise of being the ultimate couples retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the phenomenal luxury of this cabin. The picturesque forest environment is simply stunning, and having the entire space completely to ourselves with total privacy made the getaway feel incredibly special. We did not see another soul the entire time, allowing us to truly unwind in our own peaceful world.The cabin itself beautifully blends modern luxury with a warm, cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen meant we had absolutely everything we needed, meaning there was no reason to leave for our entire trip. Spending our evenings next to the romantic log fires and soaking in the stunning outdoor spa bath hidden in the private forest was pure heaven.We also loved the seamless experience of having no check-in or check-out process, which made our stay completely stress-free from start to finish. Thank you for creating such an extraordinary, romantic haven. It was truly an out-of-this-world experience that we will never forget, and we cannot wait to return Thank you so much Tim & Lily, Best wishes, Caroline & Tony ❤️
