Owners Blair and Renee Allen have a joint resume spanning more than 30 award-studded years in the hospitality industry. With a Premier’s Award and 6 Gold Plates under their belts from their time at Yallingup’s Studio Bistro and Dunsborough’s Piari & Co. The husband-wife duo opened Amelia Park Restaurant in 2017 in the heart of Wilyabrup, and started a new food family.

Head chef Blair and his sous chef Kim Daegyeon run a kitchen dedicated to showcasing fresh ingredients, with a woodfired oven and grill burning local Jarrah for heat and flavour at its centre. Incredible time dining at Amelia Park. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We ordered the Slow roasted Amelia Park lamb shoulder, caponata, fregola sarda, chopped herbs, pepitas, with a side of Roasted kipfler potatoes. It was a beautiful experience, we ate out on the deck with a beautiful view. It was nice and quiet out there (much busier inside). The restaurant was stunning, we agree with previous reviews of the “James Bond entrance”. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would love to come back to dine again.

First time dining at Amelia Park restaurant. We found the lighting inside to be somewhat dark and hard to read the menu. The food we had was nice but not exceptional. The only dish that was a stand out, was the fish wings. The Goat croquettes were not what we expected and had it stated on the menu that it was pulled goat we wouldn't of ordered it as it was very dry and stringy. The octopus could have been more tender but was ok, however we didn't enjoy the flavour combination with the squid ink mayo. The steak tartare was served on a fried sour dough base and was a stale chewy texture and not crispy which detracted from the dish. The pork terrine was in my opinion over set and was not the best we've had although the flavour was nice. Will we go back? Yes. The service was exceptional and the view was enjoyable. Looking forward to the Amelia Park Lamb shoulder as it looked and smelt delicious.

Meal of the trip! We stopped by after doing some wine tasting and it surpassed our expectations. The location is stunning, we got a table outside and the views are breathtaking. The staff were incredible, special shout out to the Belgian girl. She was on it, even when we had some confusion about the dessert and coffee's. I ordered the steak tartare for startes and it was so flavoursome. For mains I had the sharing steak and it was a piece if heaven. The meat melted in your mouth and the tastes were delicious. Highly recommend the steak. 700g sounds a lot, but with the bone in it wasn't an awful lot of steak in all honesty. The side of mushrooms and potatoes were brilliant and we all enjoyed a wonderful meal in a truly stunning location.

We dined on a sunny afternoon on the terrace, which had a great view of the vineyard. The food was delicious and flavorsome. The restaurant is run separately to the vineyard, when we asked if there was a wine flight we could do with our lunch, were told, "you will just have buy more glasses"; "we only sell their wines"; which was disappointing. We went to the Cellar Door after lunch but would highly recommend doing it before so you have a better idea of which wines to select with your meal. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the food and wine.
