Welcome to Wow Illusions - fun for all ages at one of Margaret River’s most entertaining tourist attractions! Journey into a world of weird and wonderful illusions.
Wow Illusions is a must see when visiting the South West region. You’ll find incredible 3D art, a mirror maze, life size pin art and the world’s wackiest toilet plus plenty more. Plenty of fun to be had for all ages ~ “A great family activity. But even still, 3 of us all in our mid 30s had a blast. No kids needed!”

  • Gravity Defying Room: Where the world seems unbalanced. This Wow Illusions room is tilted at an angle so your brain will compensate and straightens the room confusing the displays. Things appear to hang at impossible angles creating great photo opportunities.
  • Illusionary Artworks:  Explore the gallery of artworks that showcase visual trickery at its best.
  • Grow Big or Small in the Blink of an Eye: This room will appear normal but in reality, it is distorted to enlarge or shrink those inside it almost instantly. This Alice in Wonderland type experience is always a favourite.
  • Cut Yourself in Half and Live to Tell the Tale: Illusionary tricks making your body appear to split in half.
  • Find Your Inner Peace Through Levitation: Gravity defying illusions making you appear to be floating.
  • Watch the Walls Come to Life: Artwork so real it appears to be alive.
  • Amazing Mirror Maze & Tricky Gate Maze: Have fun trying to find your way around these mind bending puzzles designed to entertain people of all ages.
  • Have your Head served on a Platter: The perfect photo opportunity of a meal made from your actual head.
  • Wackiest Toilets in the Southern Hemisphere: These will be the most talked about toilets in Australia. Will you dare to relieve yourself surrounded with one way mirrors to those staring in from the outside.

Also onsite for all to enjoy is an outdoor playground and the Gift Shop & Café - with delicious coffee and cake and also a great range of gifts and honey, biscuits and preserves from Margaret River Nuts & Cereals.  After discovering the illusions, try a fruity ice cream or blend your own muesli to take home!

This was such a fun experience! It isn't as big as I was expecting but we took our time to explore everything. I loved the paintings on the walls and the gravity room is definitely something I've never experienced before. The lady working there (didn't catch her name) was very welcoming and enthusiastic. I loved it!

Very interesting place. It blows my mind. Kids have fun inside the place. Outside, they have a small cafe and a playground too.

Must do when you got young kids!! It makes a really fun morning or afternoon, probably need 2 hours max to take photos, see everything and relax a bit. Lots of gorgeous paintings and photo opportunities. The cafe has decent coffee, some snacks and ice-cream. Playground and big open field to relax. Plenty of parking. Reasonable price for tickets. Would recommend!!

Definitely worth visiting and giving at least 1.5 hours. Another 30 min to dine at the cafe. There were 10 of us and we intended to buy ice cream, cakes and coffee for dessert as they looked really good. The cafe doesn't serve heavy meals but we had already prepared a simple lunch and had packed it along. We wanted to eat outside where the playground is since we were bringing outside food. Unfortunately we were informed that management did not allow any outside food to be eaten on premise. We explained that we intended to purchase desserts from them after that but it was a strict rule with no exceptions. Given there was no one else in the cafe, i felt they could have made an exception especially when their menu does not offer savory food. So unfortunately we didn't get to try their menu and ended up getting ours somewhere else which also meant they lost business from us. I genuinely wanted to support their business which is why i mentioned at the beginning, to give some allowance to dine at the cafe.
